Student Support: Act as a point of contact for students, providing information and guidance regarding course offerings, enrollment procedures, schedules, and other relevant information. Assist students with inquiries, concerns, and requests, and provide a welcoming and supportive environment.

Quality Assurance: Assist in maintaining quality standards within the center. Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among the staff members. Coordinate with other departments, such as admissions, academic affairs, and student services, to ensure effective communication and streamlined operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, hospitality, or education.

Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles, preferably in an educational or training institution.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in using office software, databases, and management systems.

Familiarity with the beauty and fashion industry is a plus.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems efficiently.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
