Manager - Operation Theatre

We are looking for Manager - Operation Theatre to join our OT team in Gargash Hospital.
Job Summary:
The charge nurse is **responsible for the day-to-day smooth running of OR activities**. They must coordinate activities in conjunction with the trauma resuscitation unit, general hospital units, and the post anesthesia care unit.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience as a Charge Nurse and 2 years as a OT Supervisor / Manager.
**Knowledge / Technical Skills**:
- Co-ordinates / delegates and re-adjusts patient assignments.
- Adjusts staffing appropriately to cover the needs of the department.
- Strong technical competency in at least one clinical pathology discipline with a good awareness of other lab sections
**Personal Abilities / Competencies**:
- People management skills
- Planning and organizational skills
- Project management abilities
**License / Registration**:
- Valid DHA License / Eligibility Letter
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED14,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Hospital: 5 years (preferred)
