POSITION: COLLECTION STAFF

CATEGORY: OFFICE / CLERICAL

Our Team is looking for a professional collections staff, who is responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from company’s business flow.

**Collection Staff Responsibilities**:

- Generate and send invoices to client and ensures timely collection of receivables
- Provide SOA (Statement of Account) whenever needed by client
- Liase with client in connection with receivables and additional documents required for collection
- Prepares report as requested and needed by the client
- Ensures invoices are billed on proper account; ensures proper and accurate documentation
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Other jobs assigned by the management

**Collection Staff Requirements**:

- College Diploma
- Proficient in using MS Office packages
- Five (5) years proven experience as Collection Officer/Staff
- Delivers quality and timely result
- Team Player
- Ability to monitor and report accurately

**Salary**: From AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Collection / Accounts: 4 years (required)
