Responsibilities:

- Directs, administers and controls the day to day operational and activities of medical facilities in their assigned regions such as but not limited to Abu Dhabi, Onshore / Offshore /rigs etc.
- Provides, operational support and guidance to the medical team deployed in their respective assigned areas.
- Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding client services.
- Initiate planning, staff management, and operational oversight so that the practice can achieve its goal of providing superior services to clients and excellent medical care to patients/stakeholders.
- Participates in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies.
- Practices cost containment strategies, maintaining profitability and growth of area assigned.
- Implements location-specific and area quality goals and action plans in order to achieve quality standards.
- Provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent.
- Manages the staffing through the appropriate deployment as per the BOQ, emergency & operational requirements and manage the staff movements according to business requirements and manage contingencies.
- Ensures and promotes the development of the area second line team/succession planning through coaching, training, and leadership development.
- Ensures a regular and strong communications between the management and staff within the area of assignment by leading communications sessions and meetings with team ensuring appropriate dissemination of information to staff.
- Support the HR, Operations and Finance Departments with the adequate submission of timesheets, mobilization and staff movement reports for the payroll and invoicing purposes.
- Coordinate the preparation of the medical facilities in collaboration with respective Departments in adherence to the requirements for any internal and external audits by company, client, and regulatory bodies and represent the facility as a resource person/in charge. In a broader sense always maintain the clinics to meet any unplanned or unanticipated audits from any internal or external parties.
- Work together with the quality management team to achieve the KPI targets and closing of observations and findings during any quality and regulatory audits.
- Regular visit to all clinics and evaluate the performance, suggest the areas of improvement and monitor the developments as part of quality improvement.
- Implement corrective action plans and mitigations with any facilities requiring improvement in their performance.
- Ensures efficient and economical performance in accordance with operating budgets, year-end goals and objectives.
- Ensures all employees receive the appropriate training and continuous medical education, including mandatory training requirements.
- Manage and motivate the team, ensuring continued growth of skills and capacity of each member as well as team cohesion, and overseeing any new recruitments/inductions.
- Inspire and motivate teamwork for achieving goals through different initiatives.
- Demonstrate judgement and self-sufficiency in effective problem solving while serving as the administrative and operational resource of the organization.
- Work closely with the direct reports to ensure there is accountability and open communication.
- Maintain good relation and communication with the clients and stake holders and follow up with them operational and administrative issues.
- Manage duty schedules of staffs, and administer their leaves, field break and relocations as applicable.
- Collaborate with respective department for Health Authority Licensing of All Clinics and ambulances, and ensure full compliance to all legal, client and regulatory requirements.
- Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reporting to the concerned HOD.
- Manage mobilization and demobilization of clinics on time with full compliance to all requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the timely delivery of agreed services to the clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports RPM mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, and the code of ethical behavior.
- Assist the finance team with all necessary documents and supporting information and statistics required for various corporate reporting.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement activities as and when required and in any other work assigned by the leadership.

Qualification:

- At least 4 Years Experience in Healthcare/Medical Operations
- Bachelor's Degree
- Healthcare/Medical Industry Experience
- Male
- Immediate Joiner is preferable
