to collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to develop content strategies aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience.

to research and identify current trends, popular topics, and cultural references.
- to persuade the audience to adapt to the “new way of marketing” through unique ideas.

to plan, execute and develop (create) a variety of content types like creative videos, images, infographics, and other short-form content, tailored for different users on the platform.

to produce creative and visually appealing content that resonates with the users and aligns with the brand's voice and style.

to craft compelling and concise creative copy that complements visual content and effectively communicates brand messages, promotions, and calls to action to adverse the diverse audience.

to stay updated on current trends, popular content-type, and emerging formats to keep the brand's presence fresh and relevant.

to have thorough working experience in social media ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tiktok & Snapchat.

to monitor comments, messages, and other interaction with the audience.

to curate and design various event strategies on the platform including contests, rewards and referrals to increase the engagement within the platform.

to build loyal traffic and fanbase through various marketing strategies like

to identify and collaborate with local influencers or KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to amplify content reach and engagement

to analyze the performance of the content using relevant metrics (likes, shares, comments, click-through rates, etc.).

to use insights to refine content strategies, identify trends, and optimize future content creation.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Filmora for creating visuals.

Strong writing skills in English language, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.

Experience with various social media platforms

Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics.

Time management and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Portfolio showcasing a range of creative social media content is a plus.

A working knowledge of Chinese Marketing trends is very advantageous.

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to Commute:
