QA Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Implement and maintain quality assurance systems and procedures specific to the seafood industry._
- _Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards._
- _Monitor and enforce adherence to HACCP, ISO, and other relevant quality certifications._
- _Collaborate with production and procurement teams to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions._
- _Train staff on quality standards and protocols to ensure compliance at all levels._
- _Prepare detailed quality reports and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency._
- _Stay updated on industry regulations and implement changes to maintain compliance._
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- _Minimum 6 months of quality assurance experience in the seafood industry._
- _In-depth knowledge of seafood processing standards, HACCP principles, and food safety regulations._
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
- _Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities._
- _Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field._
- _Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software._
