Overview:
The HSEQ Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE safety, health, environmental and quality standards according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 as well as yard management for all WW Solutions Middle East operations.

**Job Description**:

- Ensure that all safety and health requirements are in line with Standard Operating Procedure as displayed in various areas and WW Solutions Way of Working (WoW).
- Schedule and drive weekly departmental safety talks.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections.
- Prepare monthly safety reports and submit to the manager for safety meetings.
- In conjunction with Operations Manager, chair Safety Meetings and compile minutes for these meetings.
- Ensure all legal appointments are up to date and communicated.
- Assist with and coordinate emergency plan including evacuation and fire drills.
- Conduct and assist all interested parties with the completion of accident/incident investigations.
- Conduct safety induction as well as other safety awareness training with new recruitments and existing staff.
- Assist with the facilitation and implementation of worker training in such areas such as safety regulations, hazardous condition monitoring and use of safety equipment.
- Conduct Spill training with all employees.
- Review and assist with SHEQ related training needs including internal and external SHEQ training.
- Perform periodic internal SHEQ audits of all departments.
- Manage and control PPE supplies from suppliers and to employees.
- Conduct Risk assessments, inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify potential hazards and to esure safety regulation compliance.
- Ensure Risk assessments are communicated to all levels within the company, including contractors and visitors.
- Follow up on and coordinate maintenance to be done on site.
- Inspect first aid boxes at all sites and assist as a First Aid assistant.
- Conduct departmental ISO Internal audits.
- Ensure IOD Reports are compiled and submitted to Operations Manager, SHEQ Manager and Management team.
- Compile monthly SHEQ and Quality KPI’s reports.
- Ensure the company’s Environmental Management System is in line with ISO14001:2015 standards across all departments and company’s Quality Management System is in line with ISO9001:2015 standards across all sites.
- Conduct departmental ISO 9001:2015 Internal quality audits as per the audit schedule.

Job Requirements:

- 2-3 years working experience as a HSEQ Co-ordinator
- NEBOSH Certified desired
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office) and familiar with SHEQ Databases
- Must be up to date on all SHEQ and ISO legislation
