,Binayah Properties is currently looking for a **Head Of Sales** with a **minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager **in a **Brokerage** company.

**What We Require**:

- Hiring agents, leading & supervising a sales and leasing team staying informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry, and redirecting and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Minimum 5 years’ of sales experience working within a Real Estate brokerage firm.
- Proven success in achieving real estate sales and targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Offer advice and motivate the team to close sales.
- Develop, Present, and Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and open new business channels & opportunities.
- Set weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.
- Attending property events to generate new business leads.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- They Will be responsible for working in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
- Source potential investors/buyers and establish maintain a good work relationship.
- Recruit local real estate brokers as agents to promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame.
- Developing & communicating key detailed sales strategies, tactics and action plans
- Gathering & Deploying resources with vigilant monitoring to ensure successful execution of the strategies.
- Consistently setting & achieving Sales Financial, Awareness, Relationship Targets
- Hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, detailed training & developing the sales team, actively managing team and ensuring maximum productivity, leading the sales team to success and growth

**Salary**: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
