**CAFM Operator / Admin Assistant **_(Please read requirements carefully)_
- Minimum 2 to 3 years minimum experience as CAFM operator & Data entry in the facilities management company
- Preferred UAE 2 years’ experience
- Understanding business needs for maintenance, construction, engineering & facilities management.
- Fluent in English & Good to Acceptable Arabic Commands
- Excellent in Microsoft Office (word, excel, ppt)
- Help in administration office works
- Answering clients call
- Preparing meetings and agenda
- Help the HR manager for employees file arrangements
- Reviewing clients websites for business requirements and report updates to the supervisors
- Writing Minutes of meetings
- Prepare reports using CAFM & different data set
- Monitor vehicle tracking software & prepare reports
- Attending outside meetings & site visits with the supervisor
- Working place is Abu Dhabi Mussaffah Commercial Area
- The post is for an FM company with 35+ employees and offices in Abu Dhabi & Northern Emirates. (temporary or frequent moving to other cities may be required)
- Shared accommodation can be provided
- Transportation from & to the office can be provided
- Package from 2500 to 3500 AED based on the interview results & experience
