- Driving sales through effective communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Providing feedback to management on customer preferences, market conditions, and product/service improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of relevant sales techniques and strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
