Greeting and directing patients to examination rooms.
- Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls.
- Informing patients about delays and waiting times.
- Obtaining patients’ addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.
- Updating and verifying patient information at every visit.
- Assisting patients in filling out patient history forms, consent forms, and payment contract forms, when necessary.
- Receiving and processing cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered.
- Reviewing patient accounts, identifying delinquent accounts, and collecting overdue payments.
- Answering, investigating, and/or directing patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate medical staff member.
- Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
- Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when necessary.
- Bridge between Doctor and Patients when required
- Act as a translator
- Evaluating the Insurance cards and coordinating with the concerned department.
- Scheduling appointments to the doctor in line with their availability
- Following up with the patients on their appointments
- Maintaining the confidentiality of the patient treatment
- Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Head of Department within the scope of his/her job

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- 1-2 years of UAE healthcare experience is mandatory
- Excellent Computer Literacy skills is required
- Must have good verbal and written Communication Skills in English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team.
- Must be self-motivated (self-starter), flexible, and able to demonstrate strong time management skills
- Both Male and Female can apply

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
