**About The Role**

As an Operations Manager for The Royal Tearoom, you will be assisting the Director, Food and Beverage in achieving the stated objectives in sales, cost control and colleague retention whilst ensuring the highest possible standard of guest experience. You will possess a deep understanding of restaurant operations and have extensive product knowledge. Maintaining a complete understanding of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs is an essential part of this role. In addition to the above you will implement robust menu engineering strategies and will be responsible for the restaurant upselling program, as well as rolling out the Marketing & Business Plan Tool ensuring the greatest return on investment for the company.
