Indoor Salesman

**Responsibilities**:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and quotations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Collaborate with the outdoor sales team to support customer needs and provide seamless service.

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel industry or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.

Salary will be discussed with you in an interview with your qualification and experience.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
