Bike Coordinator

Must have experience in riding mountain and adventure bikes.
- Provide outstanding customer experiences by offering courteous and efficient services.
- A good attitude and temperament in managing kids activities and behaving responsibly and mature with children.
- Explain safe and proper use of bike park equipment
- Promote the bike park events, packages and plans
- Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner ensuring highest customer satisfaction.
- Perform CPR and administer first aid in case of emergencies.
- Inform clients about park safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot and fix problems that arise with guest bikes
- Assist in guiding other offered activities daily
- Willing to learn new abilities such as trail maintenance and build.
- Complete day-to-day activities and department tasks as assigned
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Crowd management on weekends and public holidays.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
