Litigation Draftsman

Litigation Draftsman Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence for use in litigation proceedings, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the drafting of legal documents.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and other team members to develop legal strategies and arguments.
- Review and analyze case documents, including pleadings, deposition transcripts, and discovery responses, to identify key issues and develop legal arguments.
- Assist attorneys with preparation for hearings, depositions, and trials, including drafting witness outlines and preparing exhibits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, document logs, and other records related to litigation matters.
- Provide support to attorneys in managing and organizing case files, including document review and organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Legal Studies.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Litigation Draftsman in a law firm, with experience in UAE litigation.
- Excellent drafting and writing skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to review and analyze large volumes of documents and data.
- Proficiency with legal research tools and software, including LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and rules in federal and state courts in the UAE.
- Professionalism and strong work ethic, with a commitment to providing high-quality work product and exceptional client service.

**Salary**: AED12,000.00 - AED24,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
