**Job Title: HVAC Draftsman**

**Introduction**:
As an HVAC Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for various projects. Your expertise in drafting and technical design will contribute to creating efficient and sustainable HVAC solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Drafting HVAC Designs**: Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and layouts for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment placement.
- **Collaboration with Engineers**: Work closely with HVAC engineers and other team members to understand project requirements, interpret technical specifications, and translate design concepts into accurate drawings.
- **Compliance and Standards**: Ensure that HVAC designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, including energy efficiency guidelines and environmental regulations.
- **Material and Equipment Selection**: Assist in the selection of appropriate materials, components, and equipment for HVAC systems, considering factors such as performance, cost, and sustainability.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of design revisions, specifications, and project documentation. Prepare reports, charts, and diagrams as needed to communicate design information effectively.
- **Quality Assurance**: Review and analyze HVAC drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements. Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the design process.
- **Coordination with Construction Teams**: Coordinate with construction teams and contractors to ensure that HVAC designs are implemented correctly and according to plan. Provide support during the construction phase as needed.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to HVAC design and drafting. Seek opportunities for professional development and skills enhancement.

Experience: 4-6 Years

**Salary**:7000 -8000 UAE, visa +Medical

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
