Only Female with Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management 1-2 years Real Estate Experience including CRM. Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships. Strong computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
- Handle Dubai Land Department all forms and should know about Trakheesi Portal.
- Handle and coordinate CRM (Property Finder ) and (Bayut / dubizzle)
- Ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
- Maintaining social media accounts across multiple social platforms.
- calls to owners about property update

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- English speaking must ,Arabic speaking an added plus
- Strong interpersonal, customer service
