**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**2. Must be knowledgeable on navigating the TEJARI- esupply and other government portals to monitor client requirements.**

**3. Evaluating the tender requirements of the clients and delegating to staff and monitor the progress.**

**4. Preparation on Vendor registration portals and managing a data base to evaluate the active and inactive clients.**

**5. Coordinating with the team on new inquiries, approving the quotations, meeting the submission date, sourcing, and checking prices & negotiating with suppliers, preparation to submission of samples.**

**6. Checking profit margin while approving quotation and must provide Contribution in cost and price calculations also make sure to deliver without any penalty.**

**7. Monitoring of Daily report submission to know the progress of each staff to strengthen each activity/ visit and develop effective strategy.**

**REQIUIREMENS**:

- **Preferrably with UAE Driving License**:

- **Minimum 3 years in The UAE**
