Nurses Graduate and Undergrad

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Monitoring the client’s health status and adjusting care plans as needed based on client needs
- Working with the family to ensure that they are comfortable with the care plan and know how to provide care if needed
- Scheduling appointments with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper treatment is being received
- Ensuring that the home environment is safe for the client by ordering new equipment or making repairs to items such as stairs or cabinets
- Coordinating with other service providers such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers
- Assessing the client’s needs and working with the family to develop a care plan that meets those needs
- Managing all aspects of the client’s care, such as hiring and training caregivers, helping with bathing and dressing, preparing meals, and administering medications
- Cultivating strong relationships with the client and his or her family in order to understand their needs and concerns
- Communicating regularly with case managers and other home care staff members about the client’s progress and needs

Required Experience in Handling:

- Must handle patients with NGT,PEG TUBE, Tracheostomy, Colostomy and Mechanical ventilator BIPAP, CPAP Machine, and Suctioning

PREFERABLE: BSN - GRADUATE OR UNDERGRAD (FEMALE)

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
