Watchman Technician

As a Watchman cum Technician, you will be responsible for safeguarding our premises and assets while also providing technical support as needed. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- **Security Monitoring**: Regular patrols of the premises to ensure the security and safety of the property. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- **Access Control**: Control access to the premises by ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the facility. Verify identities and issue visitor passes as necessary.
- **Emergency Response**: Act promptly in the event of emergencies such as fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, or security breaches. Follow established protocols for handling emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary.
- **Maintenance and Repair**: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities. This may include basic repairs to electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other technical components.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of security incidents, maintenance activities, and equipment inspections. Prepare detailed reports documenting any issues or irregularities encountered during patrols or maintenance tasks.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and external stakeholders to address any security or technical concerns.

**Salary**: From AED1,400.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
