**Team Management**:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate the Key Accounts Executives team to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
- Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to enhance the skills of team members.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, monitoring their progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
**Sales and Account Management**:
- Oversee the development and management of key accounts, ensuring strong relationships with clients.
- Identify and secure new high-value accounts, driving the company’s market penetration and revenue growth.
- Strategize and execute sales plans to maximize sales volume and profitability from key accounts.
- Negotiate terms, agreements, and pricing structures with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
**Leadership and Reporting**:
- Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies and business plans.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and account updates to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination for order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet team and company objectives.
**Operational Responsibilities**:
- Regularly visit clients and key accounts to strengthen relationships and gather insights on their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and ensure the team is equipped to present them effectively.
- Drive initiatives to increase customer retention, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in the FMCG food trading industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team management role.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Driving License**: Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG products, market dynamics, and key account management.
