**Civil Supervisor FM - Job Description**:

- Attending maintenance compliance daily basis and resolving it within the timeline.
- Prepare the FM complaint, and job completion report along with the applicable quote.
- Coordinate with Finance to raise the TAX invoice for the completed jobs.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly building status - MEP assets condition report for the landlord and management review and action.
- Providing technical FM support for the team with a specific focus on MEP, fabric, and civil services.
- Attending all operational review meetings with sub-contractors.
- Managing continued observation of the MEP defect liability of new buildings and any procured maintenance team to ensure all PPM is completed in a timely and effective manner.
- Inspecting all CAFM-produced maintenance tasks and returned checklists from sub-contractors.
- Supervise and manage daily operations at the interior design projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of interior design project workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site.
- Liaising with service providers to ensure that PPM is successfully attended and review the report, act if necessary.
- Coordinating support for directly procured technical services within budget.
- Supporting the facilities manager with technical supplier relationships and quality reviews.
- Supporting the site FM team to ensure that FM services are delivered by contractual requirements and by the company HSE policy and guidelines.
- Understanding and issuing the permit to work and hot permit to work system and ensuring that all users fully understand the process and deliverables.
- Understanding method statement, risk assessment, hazard spotting, and risk mitigation.
- Delivering site induction training to all new sub-contractors coming to the company.
- Ensuring that all fire life safety systems are always kept as close to commissioning levels.
- Always Ensure that sub-contractors under your control carry out their work safely and with due regard for others by HS&E procedures and instructions, and contractual, legislative, and local requirements.
- Reporting immediately any non-conformance, unsafe act, or unsafe condition to line management for investigation and corrective action.
- Reporting immediately to line management if they sustain an injury or become ill whilst at work, or where they are directly involved in or witness any serious incident, dangerous occurrence, or significant environmental pollution incident.
- Notifying line management of any identified or suggested opportunity for improvement of the HSEMS and associated health, safety, and environmental risk controls.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
- Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide instructions, updates, and feedback as necessary.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other activities to support project goals and foster a positive working environment.
- Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills, addressing challenges proactively and making decisions to keep projects on track.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in interior design, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or project manager in the MEP and interior Fit out.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
- Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
