- **JOB DESCRIPTION**:_

**As a Project Manager - AutoCAD Expert**, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving AutoCAD design and drafting. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Your role will encompass various aspects of project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise in AutoCAD to provide technical guidance, review drawings, and resolve design-related issues.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Lead and manage projects involving AutoCAD design and drafting from initiation to completion.

2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

3. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and maximize productivity.

5. Provide technical expertise in AutoCAD to support project teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.

6. Review drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.

7. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies in a proactive manner.

8. Communicate project status, progress, and updates to stakeholders regularly.

9. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing.

10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
1. Bachelor's degree, engineering, or a related discipline.

2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Wholesale Furniture sector.

3. Expertise in AutoCAD software, with demonstrated proficiency in 2D and 3D design and drafting.

4. Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

6. Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

7. Ability to analyze complex problems, make sound decisions, and implement effective solutions.

8. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within established timelines and budgets.

9. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.

10. PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

**Salary: TBD based on knowledge and expertise**
