**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Manage a small team of F&B staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement new F&B concepts and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized cafe environment, including equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

**What we require**:

- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role
- Hands-on experience with cafe operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements
- Creative thinking and ability to develop new F&B concepts and menu items

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
