We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in Fit-Out & Joinery Works. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's fit-out and joinery services to clients in various industries. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our sales efforts, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements to offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.

**Project Consultation**: Collaborate with clients to understand their fit-out and joinery requirements for their commercial or residential projects. Provide expert advice and recommendations to assist them in making informed decisions.

**Quotation and Proposal Generation**: Prepare detailed and accurate quotations and project proposals based on client specifications and project scope. Work closely with the estimation and design teams to ensure competitive pricing and compelling proposals.

**Sales Target Achievement**: Set and achieve sales targets aligned with the company's overall objectives. Monitor sales performance regularly, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness.

**Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.

**Negotiation and Contract Closure**: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clear and mutually beneficial. Coordinate with the legal team to review and execute contracts.

**Project Handover**: Liaise with the project management and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover of projects from the sales stage to the execution phase. Provide all necessary project information and facilitate smooth project commencement.

**Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress towards targets. Present these reports to the sales manager or senior management as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Sales Experience**: A track record of successful sales in the fit-out and joinery industry or a related field. Previous experience in B2B sales is highly advantageous.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of fit-out and joinery solutions, market trends, and industry dynamics. Familiarity with materials, construction methods, and project cycles is beneficial.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and confidently to clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and handle contract agreements effectively.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill client needs.
- **Time Management**: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring deadlines are met consistently.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative and willing to work closely with internal teams to achieve collective goals.

**Education**:A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant industry certifications or training will be considered a plus.
