**Descripción del Trabajo**

Coordinar departamentos (por ej., servicios administrativos, operaciones, ventas e ingeniería) que tienen un efecto directo en los propietarios de Residence y servir de enlace con propietarios de Residence y sus huéspedes. Mantener una relación estrecha con el Gerente General y departamentos relacionados, trabajando con todos los níveles de operación para garantizar que todos los aspectos de la experiência de los propietarios de Residence estén conforme a los estándares. Representar al Gerente General ante los propietarios de Residence. Conocer los asuntos de la Asociación de Propietarios de la Propiedad y la Asociación de Propietarios de Condominios, incluyendo los aspectos legales y financieros. Llevar un conteo diario de viviendas y llegadas/salidas previstas, además de la disponibilidad de unidades en un día determinado. Vigilar la preparación de informes financieros para cada ciclo. Coordinar el desarrollo de los planes (comerciales) a largo plazo y anuales de la comunidad. Ayudar con todos los aspectos de mantenimiento de edificios que afecten las operaciones diarias incluyendo ascensores, calefacción, agua y sistemas de seguridad vital en las unidades de viviendas del club. Preparar especificaciones y recomendar proveedores para todas las ofertas y servicios de contratistas externos. Manejar las relaciones con proveedores. Participar en reuniones del comité y anuales. Ayudar a otros empleados para garantizar una cobertura apropiada y un servicio puntual. Proporcionar asistencia a compañeros de trabajo, asegurándose de que comprendan sus tareas. Vigilar el desempeño de otros empleados para garantizar que se atengan a las expectativas y normas de calidad.
