**Location**:Onsite (Dubai) and Remote

**Duration**:6 months, rolling

**Start**:ASAP

We are seeking multiple EPICOR Consultants to join our leading retail client based in Dubai (or work remotely) on a contract basis. The project involves deploying EPICOR food solutions across a portfolio of F&B brands within GCC countries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brainstorm requirements with SME/senior stakeholders and create BRD
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping
- Gap analysis and process risk management
- Build exhaustive test strategy & campaign (Test scenarios, Test Plan, Test Results)
- Review QA results with technical team
- Perform pre-UAT verification after QA
- Solution demo to super users before UAT
- Hands-on training to super users for the new features
- Prepare and share training manuals with the business
- Review Application defects & small enhancements
- Post Go-Live Support

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of EPICOR implementation experience within Food and Beverage Industry (Casual Dining & QSR)
- Strong knowledge in EPICOR Kinetic and/or EPICOR Service Pro and/or EPICOR Forecast Pro
- Good understanding of Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management, Financial Management and Supply Chain in F&B sector
