**BRIEF JD**
- Deliver user research, persona development, usability testing, contextual inquiry, and task analysis to derive and socialize internally customer insights
- Bring in customer insights and context and revise experience based on customer insights
- Constantly monitor analytics, customer feedback, industry leaders and disrupters, as well as best practices in order to practice insight-driven optimization and innovation
- Bring customer insights to the Product Leads, Product Managers to help them co-create the product roadmap understand their digital product roadmaps and requirements and to ensure UX is tightly integrated into the roadmaps
- Develop coherent digital design system to ensure coherent user experience and visual design
- Own the design system and language of the firm and ensure its consistency across team in order to evangelize user-centric design experiences across the different teams ** Requirements**
- Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
- Knowledge of Agile software development process and has worked in an Agile environment before
- Strong Graphical and Visual design skills
- Knowledge of Firebase is a plus
- Well-rounded user-centered design portfolio that spans some combination of web, mobile, tablet, and wearables
- Experience in prototyping tools (Marvel, Invision, Axure) and design tools (Sketch,Adobe Suite, Craft), as well as research tools
