**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- As the SPDM Manager, you will be leading a team, overseeing and be responsible of regional sales performance that ensures the attainment of the company sales goals and profitability across.
- Custodian of sales policy & good governance across omnichannel. Ensure trade rewards is at optimal level and reasonably staged against competition with prompt payment to ensure channel survivability.
- Sales data management and analysis.
- Systemize all the forecast, sales, production, and logistic process between each team
- Yearly budget phasing / recalibration.
- Sales tracking across all branches / channel (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Sales planner to drive Forecast accuracy by keeping optimal and keeping aging inventory low.
- Continuous driver store mapping / grading exercise to drive store sell out efficiency
- Sales trend and seasonality analysis by region, country, and customers for sales strategy.
Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- SPDM: 3 years (preferred)
