Storekeeper - Compounder

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Weigh, measure, and mix chemicals according to formulas to produce compounds
- Read and interpret production orders and follow established procedures
- Operate mixing and stirring machines to blend chemicals
- Preparing samples for testing in laboratories by measuring out appropriate amounts of compounds in containers labeled with names and dates
- Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns
- Adjust machine settings to accommodate different mixing time measures
- Record production data and maintain accurate records of compound batches
- Clean equipment and work areas to prevent contamination from previous batches of chemicals
- Organize the finished compound into the racking system
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Train new employees in safety procedures and company policies
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Preferably in chemical and/or manufacturing background
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing is ideal
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office, with aptitude to learn new software, machine and systems
- Solid understanding of safety procedures and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and reliable ability to follow instructions
- Good physical stamina and strength
- With forklift driving license is a plus
