**Responsibilities**:

- Cleanliness and Sanitization: Execute thorough and regular cleaning of food preparation areas, including countertops, cutting boards, utensils, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming to keep all areas of the facility clean and presentable.
- Waste Management: Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials according to company guidelines and local regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks on cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.
- Stock Inventory: Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is necessary to ensure availability for daily operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and following established safety procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the production team to coordinate cleaning schedules and assist in maintaining a seamless workflow.
- Quality Control: Support the company's commitment to food safety and quality by ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for meal preparation.
- Adherence to Regulations: Stay up-to-date with local health and safety regulations related to cleanliness, sanitation, and waste management to maintain compliance.

**Work experience**
- Proven 2+ years of proven work experience (U.A.E) in housekeeping, janitorial services, or cleaning roles
- Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.
- Should have working knowledge of cleaning & sanitization chemicals

**Educational qualifications**
- Minimum requirement is school graduate
- Having certification in Hygiene/ sanitization or a related field will be advantageous

Cleaning and Sanitation Expertise**:A Housekeeping & Cleaner in a meal prep company should have strong knowledge and skills in cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils.
