Daily scheduling of vehicles - tanks -drivers
- Daily trips driver’s duty plan
- Issue the trips to driver as per order
- Maintain job records
- Create and post job orders
- Clarity on required permits and approvals.
- Thorough product knowledge is a must
- Thorough knowledge and experience on product handling
- Knowledge on driver safety of terminal operations
- Knowledge and understanding of bunkering with respect to vessel operations, tanker, accessories etc.
- Entering delivery note and invoicing against job orders in ERP
- Arrangement of petty cash for drivers as per their trip need including cross border trips and settlement.
- Arrange and organize accredited bunkering TRAKHEES training and approval for drivers & helpers.
- Co-ordinate with PRO’s for vehicle and tanker renewal / passing with RTA & Civil Defense
- Daily & Monthly trips log sheet.
- Arrange for NOC and security approval 24/7.
- Verify and inspect tank cleanliness for compatibility
- 24/7 contact with drivers.
- Arrange export documents and verification for GCC shipments.
- Track GCC shipments with drivers, border agents and consignee’s agent.
- Understanding of cross border documentation and regulations.
- Knowledge of HSE procedures and safety norms for drivers - vehicles and tanks.
- Understanding of vehicle maintenance and tank inspection
- Possess in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS 45001 standards

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 per month
