As the Quality Control Coordinator for the Holiday & Short Term Rentals department at haus & haus, you will be responsible for organizing and monitoring all activities, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency and a smooth workflow on a daily basis. You will play a critical role in maintaining inventory, coordinating property handovers, ensuring compliance with DTCM standards, managing the driver and maintenance team, monitoring stock and storage, tracking key activities, and handling our additional service partners.

**Responsibilities**:
Inventory Management:

- Oversee the inventory of new properties onboarded into the Holiday & Short Term Rentals
- Maintain accurate records of property details, availability, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure seamless integration of new properties into the system.

Property Handover:

- Manage the process of terminating properties and ensuring a smooth handover.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams to facilitate necessary inspections, document handovers, and resolve any outstanding issues.

Compliance with DTCM Standards:

- Regularly perform spot checks to ensure that existing properties meet the standards set by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
- Work closely with property owners, agents, and maintenance teams to address any non-compliance issues promptly and effectively.

Driver and Maintenance Team Coordination:

- Schedule and coordinate the activities of the driver and maintenance teams.
- Ensure timely and efficient property inspections, maintenance requests, and transportation services for guests and clients.

Stock and Storage Monitoring:

- Monitor the haus & haus stock and storage areas, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the relevant teams to maintain organized and well-maintained storage spaces.

Activity Tracking:

- Track and document key activities, such as property bookings, inquiries, guest feedback, and operational performance.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to the department head regarding departmental activities and performance metrics.

Additional Service Partner Management:

- Handle relationships with additional service partners, including Busybees, Privilee, Rayna Tours, and Welcome pickups.
- Collaborate with partners to ensure seamless service integration and address any issues or concerns that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
- Familiarity with DTCM regulations and standards for holiday homes is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using property management software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record

**Salary**: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
