**JD OF SITE HR LEAD**
- Plan & execute Recruitment & Selection process

Liaisoning with Manpower Consultants & Unskilled manpower suppliers, Coordinate with the Client HODs, conduct interviews and ensure selection, update Head Office with Recruitment Status
- Onboarding & Induction
- Employee Personal records
- Develop and Implement HR systems and processes
- Training need identification for workers & Staff
- Setting up KRAs/KPI for all the employees at Site
- Annual performance Appraisals
- Conducting Training and skill development programs
- Monthly Payroll & Statutory payments
- Loans / Advances
- Employee Relations & Welfare
- Implement HR Policy and ensure employees understand and comply with them
- Making sound strategic decisions to advance organizational goals
- Actively participate in developing the Team
- Travel Arrangements
- Employee Safety. Ensure the use of PPEs and adherence to safety norms
- Special attention for Full & Final Settlements, Death claims & Insurance

Covers.
- Manage disciplinary and grievance issues
- Building & Maintaining Relationship with Clients & Vendors and the key stakeholders

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
Wearing Masks is compulsory and Vaccination + Booster is mandatory at our every site

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
