**Position Overview**:We are seeking a highly experienced individual with a strong background in Automation projects, internal audits, process reviews, and business development, with a minimum of 7 to 8 years of post-qualification experience. Based in Dubai, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead and drive the delivery of consulting services in the areas of audit, process improvement, and automation, while also playing a pivotal role in business development initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Engagement: Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring the high-quality delivery of consulting services in areas such as audit, process improvement, and automation. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert insights and tailored solutions to address their specific business needs.
- Automation Experience: Utilize extensive experience in data analytics, automation projects, and Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) projects to drive efficiency and innovation. Demonstrate proficiency with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc., leveraging automation technologies to streamline processes and enhance business performance.
- Business Development: Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends, assess client needs, and tailor solutions to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Project Management: Oversee project execution from inception to completion, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence. Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and clients, proactively addressing any issues or challenges to ensure successful project delivery.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Mentor and coach team members, encouraging professional growth and development while promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) preferred.
- Minimum of 7 to 8 years of post-qualification experience in automation projects, internal audits, process reviews, and business development.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.
- Proven track record of success in client engagement, project management, and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From AED12,000.00 per month
