Expert skills in two or all skill sets - carpentry, masonry or painting.
- Determines method and sequence of work operation, the quality and size of stock required and the necessary material to complete the assignment.
- Perform all types of civil maintenance and repair functions, diagnosing trouble, taking corrective action, perform related duties as assigned.
- Support the duties of the planned and reactive maintenance schedule both internally and externally to the property across several disciplines, not limited to; Carpentry, Masonry, Painting services. Identify and assist with the requisition of materials to ensure maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently and to approved standards.
- Assist and support to other departments for their civil requirements for various jobs, functions and events
- Other duties as directed by his supervisor.
- Perform PPM schedule for all civil items.
- Participate in project work including refurbishment of existing building equipment/systems and/or new installations.
- Participate in Emergency Evacuation procedures.

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
