Civil Inspector

**Job description**:

- Conduct site inspections as per the Inspection Schedule and WIRs issued by the Contractor.
- Inspect, sample, and test materials to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Review and comment on the contractor’s method statement for work execution.
- Attend technical coordination meetings to discuss submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Perform final inspections for certification of completion and handover of works.
- Verify work done by contractors to ensure it aligns with Contract Documents and accepted practices.
- Identify and report safety concerns to the contractor(s).
- Ensure availability of statutory authority NOC’s / permits / design approvals on site for construction.
- Supervise and verify the installation of civil / infra works during regular site visits.
- Review corrective actions proposed by the contractor and follow up on close-out procedures.

**Qualification**:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Inspector in UAE, with supervision of sewerage networks and network rehabilitation projects. Consultancy experience is favorable.
- Education: Graduation/Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Language: English proficiency is mandatory.
