Automotive Painter

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
**Surface Preparation**:Inspect vehicles for existing damage and determine the appropriate repair and paintwork required.
Remove old paint, rust, and other debris from surfaces using sanding, grinding, or chemical methods.
Fill and repair dents, scratches, and other imperfections in vehicle bodies using body fillers and putty.

**Paint Mixing and Matching**:Select and mix paint colors to match the vehicle's existing color or as specified by the customer.
Ensure accurate color matching using color charts, paint samples, and computerized equipment.

**Paint Application**:
**Quality Control**:Inspect finished paintwork to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
Identify and rectify any imperfections or blemishes in the paint finish.
Perform touch-up work as necessary to achieve a flawless appearance.

**Safety and Compliance**:Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
Follow environmental regulations related to the disposal of hazardous materials.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

**Customer Interaction**:Communicate with customers to understand their paint and finish preferences.
Provide estimates for paint jobs and explain the process to customers.
Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Equipment Maintenance**:Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs promptly.

**Documentation**:Maintain records of paint mixing formulas, work orders, and invoices.
Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on each job.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an automotive painter.
- Proficiency in mixing and matching paint colors.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
