To support our growth to date and accelerate the development of our Charter business, we are looking for a Head of Charter for our Dubai office. This role will work closely with our Director of Charter UK and Head of the US Charter team and other senior managers to deliver long-term value.

To be successful in this role the individual will need to have relevant experience as a sales leader within charter (both commercial and private jet) with a proven track record of growing sales and market share. You will be a target driven sales leader, with a desire to exceed who can engage and inspire your team to deliver their very best.

**Purpose**:
The primary aim of this role is to establish and lead ACC’s Charter division in the Middle East region to deliver sustainable GP and long-term value.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategy to establish our Charter offer in the Middle East region by securing and increasing market share, sustainable revenue and building divisional EBITDA.
- Create business development and marketing plans to grow ACC Aviation’s Charter presence in the Middle East region
- Act as the lead broker on charter enquiries for the region, maintaining high levels of broking activities to find the best solution to meet client’s needs and managing client and new prospect relationships
- In conjunction with the Marketing team, and the relevant stakeholders create business development and marketing plans to grow ACC Aviation’s presence in the charter sector
- Develop a network of suppliers to our charter offering and grow our knowledge of operator options to support our business growth
- Build and lead the DXB charter team in developing high value clients
- Provide support to the broking teams to help anticipate and out manoeuvre rivals in competitive tenders as well as maximising margins in any negotiations
- Manage and report on activity and relevant KPIs for the Private Jet division to the Board providing recommendations and insight to grow, develop and improve the division’s performance.
- Ensure that relevant and accurate information and data is maintained using the company’s systems.

**Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:

- Relevant experience and a track record of success working at senior level in sales within the aviation industry, ideally across a range of services and geographies
- Experience of building a sales/business development pipeline using data and analytics
- Engaging and inspiring team leadership - able to build, develop and energise a highly capable and diverse team
- High collaborative with excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver through a range of stakeholders and people
- Analytical with a strong research capability -able to successfully make data driven decisions
- Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Windows packages and the ability to learn and develop the functionality of a new system
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering commercial success in both existing and new markets/services
