Xstrike, a brand concept of IEX Recreational Playground L.L.C is an indoor action-packed entertainment destination in Dubai, where combat simulation meets competitive gaming for players of all ages. Xstrike's state-of-the-art equipment brings the experiences to life, with live noise, weapon recoil, and sound and light effects adding extra realism to the game. Xstrike facility playing fields feature a fully themed battlefield scenario, created with detail to provide the closest style. With the help of proprietary software, guests are on repeat visits, as they stand to earn various achievements, points, and higher akin to a video game, except this real life.

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- **Event Planning and Preparation**: Oversee all aspects of event planning and preparation, including setup, decoration, and coordination to ensure a seamless experience.
- **Hosting and Organizing**: Host and organize birthday parties and other events for both children and adults, ensuring each event is enjoyable and memorable.
- **Activities and Entertainment**: Organize and lead games, activities, and entertainment, tailored to the preferences and interests of the attendees.
- **Post-Event Clean-Up**: Assist with post-event clean-up and resetting the venue to ensure it is ready for the next event.
- **Guest Engagement**: Maintain high levels of engagement and interaction with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
