**Professional Job Description: Gulf Broadcasters**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and talented Gulf Broadcasters to join our media team. As Gulf Broadcasters, you will be responsible for hosting and presenting a variety of television or radio programs catering to audiences in the Gulf region. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the Gulf media landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Host and present television or radio programs, including news broadcasts, talk shows, entertainment programs, or cultural segments, targeting audiences in the Gulf region.

2. Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and public figures, engaging in insightful discussions on topics relevant to Gulf audiences, including current events, social issues, and cultural trends.

3. Prepare and research content for programs, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and cultural sensitivity in line with audience preferences and editorial guidelines.

4. Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to plan and execute program formats, segments, and special features, maintaining high production standards and audience engagement.

5. Engage with viewers or listeners through interactive segments, social media platforms, and live audience participation, fostering a sense of community and connection with the audience.

6. Stay informed about developments in the Gulf region, including political, economic, and social events, and provide timely and insightful commentary to keep audiences informed and engaged.

7. Adhere to ethical standards and journalistic principles, maintaining impartiality, accuracy, and balance in reporting and commentary, while respecting cultural sensitivities and diversity.

8. Conduct on-location reporting and coverage of events, festivals, and cultural activities across the Gulf region, providing firsthand insights and perspectives to audiences.

9. Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote programs and engage with sponsors or advertisers, contributing to revenue generation and business objectives.

10. Represent the media organization professionally at public events, press conferences, and promotional activities, serving as a brand ambassador and advocate for the organization's values and mission.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a broadcaster, presenter, or host in television, radio, or digital media, with a strong portfolio showcasing on-air presence and communication skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic and/or English language, with fluency in Gulf Arabic dialects preferred.
- Deep understanding of Gulf culture, customs, and societal norms, with the ability to connect with audiences on a personal and emotional level.
- Knowledge of broadcast production techniques, equipment, and technology, including studio operations, audiovisual systems, and live broadcasting.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, guests, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for storytelling, journalism, and media innovation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality content that informs, entertains, and inspires audiences.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working as a broadcaster or presenter in the Gulf region, with a strong understanding of local media dynamics and audience preferences.
- Training or certification in broadcasting, media production, or presentation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation tools, and digital marketing strategies for engaging with audiences and building brand presence online.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate live broadcasts, special events, and program requirements.

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED300.00 per month
