**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and performance management
- Advise management on employee relations, labor laws, and organizational development
- Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction)
- Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all UAE HR-related regulations and labor laws

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the UAE, with at least 6 years in a managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred
