**The Job**

We are currently looking for **Kitchen Steward** applicants for the pre-opening of _Café de Palma_ a Mediterranean restaurant in **Palm, Jumeirah**

**Responsibilities**
- Inspect kitchen equipment for cleanliness and order improvement of efficiency.
- Restock supplies for servers and cooks.
- Clean and sanitize all bars and beverage service areas.
- Ensure that federal regulations regarding cleanliness and food preparation are met.
- Cut/Chop food items and cook on a flat top, grill, or fryer.
- Operate dishwasher and clean general kitchen area.
- Clean sanitize and put away dishes using various commercial dishwashers. Perform janitorial services. Occasionally plate food before service.

**Qualifications**
- Preferably **RUSSIAN **speaker
- 2+ years experience in food service industry in UAE
- 2+ years work experience in U.A.E.

**Salary**: From AED1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
