What We're Looking For:
An experienced Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist who can:

- **Design Stunning Visuals**: Create eye-catching graphics for our digital marketing campaigns, website, and social media platforms.
- **Run Effective Social Media Ads**: Plan, execute, and manage social media advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- **Innovate and Inspire**: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and help us stand out in a competitive market.
- **Communicate in Hindi**: Hindi /Urdu speaking language skills are positive to effectively connect with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-quality graphics for online use.
- Develop and execute social media ad campaigns.
- Create compelling content for social media and in our APP
- Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Experience with social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong content creation skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
