Job Title: OET Trainer

Job Summary:
The OET Trainer is responsible for providing group and individual instruction for the OET (Occupational English Test) to medical professionals. The Trainer will assess student proficiency and skills, plan and deliver lessons, and evaluate student progress. The Trainer should create a supportive and encouraging learning environment and ensure that the students have a positive learning experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement lesson plans that help students develop their skills in the OET
- Assess student proficiency, evaluate progress and provide feedback
- Provide individual and group instruction in a supportive and encouraging learning environment
- Facilitate learning opportunities that promote student engagement and interactions
- Monitor and evaluate student performance
- Communicate with students and their parents/guardians regarding their progress - Prepare and submit reports on student progress
- Participate in professional development activities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, linguistics, or a related field
- At least two years of experience in teaching/training in the OET
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students
- Outstanding organizational and time
- **Salary**: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
