**Job Summary**:
The Fragrance Evaluator is responsible for overseeing the fragrance evaluation process to ensure the creation of high-quality fragrances that meet the company's standards. They work closely with the research and development team to evaluate fragrances and provide feedback on their performance, characteristics ,and quality. The Fragrance Evaluator will also be responsible for managing a team of fragrance evaluators and providing guidance on fragrance evaluation techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the fragrance evaluation process to ensure high-quality fragrance development that meets company standards
- Lead a team of fragrance evaluators and provide guidance on fragrance evaluation techniques
- Evaluate fragrances and provide feedback on their performance, characteristics, and quality
- Develop and implement fragrance evaluation protocols, procedures, and guidelines
- Work closely with the research and development team to provide recommendations on fragrance modifications, improvements, and adjustments
- Monitor and track fragrance evaluation data and provide regular reports to management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of fragrance evaluation results and feedback
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in fragrance evaluation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in fragrance evaluation, with experience managing a team of fragrance evaluators
- In-depth knowledge of fragrance evaluation techniques and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of fragrance ingredients, raw materials, and industry trends

Proven track record of managing fragrance evaluation projects from start to finish
- Experience in conducting fragrance training sessions for internal teams and external customers
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fragrance evaluation software
