**Job Title: Food and Beverage Operation Supervisor**

**Overview**:
As a Food and Beverage Operation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage services. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of the food and beverage department, including managing staff, overseeing inventory, maintaining quality standards, and providing exceptional customer service. NON- ARAB

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of Staff**:

- Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of all food and beverage service staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team members perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct training sessions to educate staff on proper service techniques, safety procedures, and product knowledge.
- Schedule and assign tasks to staff members according to business needs.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Actively seek feedback from customers to continuously improve service quality.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Place orders for replenishment as needed and verify the accuracy of deliveries.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- **Quality Control**:

- Enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization in all food and beverage service areas.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages served to maintain consistency and excellence.
- **Financial Management**:

- Assist in developing budgets and financial plans for the food and beverage department.
- Monitor expenses and revenue to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of service.
- **Team Development**:

- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff members to support their professional development.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance to motivate team members and promote morale.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in food safety and/or hospitality management is a plus.
