Gulf Sea Real Estate LLC is a leading real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in primary property sales, secondary property sales and property leasing. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the dynamic Dubai real estate market, we empower our clients to make sound investments and achieve their property goals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales:

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with investors, property owners, and potential buyers.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing structures.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Hire, lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to the team.
- Monitor team performance and implement measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Assign leads, manage workflow, and ensure timely follow-ups on client inquiries.

Client Relationship Management:

- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Act as the primary contact for high-value clients and complex transactions.
- Oversee negotiations and closure of deals to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Resolve client issues promptly and maintain long-term relationships.

Operational Excellence:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote properties.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective property listings and promotional materials.
- Conduct regular market analysis to align business strategies with market demands.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to provide updates to senior management.

**Requirements**:
Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Must be a RERA-registered broker with a proven track record in real estate sales and team management within the Dubai market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the Dubai real estate market is essential.

- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, market trends, and procedures.
