**Job Title: Car Sales Representative (EV Car Sales Representative Preferred)**

Guangshen Smartcity is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Car Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our range of cutting-edge vehicles to customers. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Customer Engagement**:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Identify customer needs and preferences through effective questioning and active listening.

Provide information about available car models, features, and options.

Offer test drives to potential buyers and highlight the unique selling points of each vehicle.

2. **Sales Process**:
Effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our cars.

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that matches their needs and budget.

Provide accurate pricing information, financing options, and incentives.

Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Handle paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales.

**3.Product Knowledge**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automotive technology and our product offerings.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.

Be prepared to answer customer inquiries about vehicle specifications, safety features, and performance.

**4.Relationship Building**:
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and secure sales.

Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

**5.Sales Targets**:
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company sales goals.

**6.Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market demands

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.

Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to establish rapport quickly.

Knowledge of automotive technology, features, and specifications.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
