**Purchaser & Stock Keeper**

**Reporting to the Maintenance Manager**

**Location: Al Ain**

**Salary: AED3,000 - AED4,000/month**

**Insurance: Self**

**Early Ticket Allowance: Self**

**Accommodation Provided**

Responsible for ensuring material and equipment availability for the maintenance team carry out a smooth operation.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage all Procurement in the system and in coordination with procurement department.
- Manage the Store/Inventory ensuring all material and equipment movement (in & out) are recorded and requested using the company procurement system.
- Carry out all the tasks related to purchase including but not limited to, obtaining 3 quotations, assisting procurement in identifying providers, managing deliveries and receivables, reviewing warranties, etc.
- Manage accurate inventory and ensure minimum stock availability of fast consumed items/material.
- Raise all required LPOs in the system and manually when required.
- Purchase urgent items directly from suppliers whenever approved and required.
- Follow-up on payment in coordination with Finance department as per the agreed terms.
- Follow Procurement & Finance policies as required and directed.
- Assist in material and equipment delivery to the required site.
- Drive the Technicians/Workers to location whenever required.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Familiar with all Farming equipment/goods/material
- UAE light vehicle Driving License is a must.
- Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability of using procurement systems, managing inventories, and raising LPO.
- Good English command (verbal & written).
- Arabic language is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 4 Years relevant experience.
- 3 Years Diploma in relevant field is must.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
